Diploma Courses TPSC Cannot Legally Provide (or Claim Equivalency For)


While TPSC can offer skill-based, professional, and vocational diplomas, there are certain academic or regulated programs they are not legally authorized to offer or equate to formal government-recognized qualifications.

Academic Diplomas/Degrees Affiliated with Government Boards or Universities

They cannot issue

Matric / SSC (Secondary School Certificate)

Intermediate / HSSC (F.A., F.Sc., I.Com., etc.)

Associate Degree Programs (ADP)

Bachelor’s (BA, BSc, BBA, etc.)

Master’s (MA, MSc, MBA, etc.)

MPhil / PhD degrees


These are strictly under the jurisdiction of

BISE (Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education)

HEC (Higher Education Commission)

Recognized universities/colleges


Medical or Paramedical Diplomas Requiring PMC/PNC Affiliation

Unless TPSC has specific approval, they cannot issue diplomas in:

Nursing (LHV, RN, etc.)

Medical Laboratory Technology

Pharmacy Technician

Operation Theatre Technology

Radiology / X-Ray Technician These fields are regulated by Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) or Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).


Engineering Diplomas Under PEC

TPSC cannot issue DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) unless affiliated with TEVTA, PBTE, or similar technical boards.

Engineering diplomas must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) to be recognized in regulated sectors.


Law, Aviation, Maritime, Armed Forces Training

Unless recognized by the relevant federal bodies, TPSC cannot offer:

LLB or any law-related diploma

Pilot training / Aviation licenses

Maritime or nautical science diplomas

Police, military, or defense-related certifications




TPSC can offer:

IT, business, beauty, industrial training, soft skills, technical, advanced career, AI Technology and Development, and other  vocational diplomas.


TPSC cannot offer

Academic degrees or certifications needing board/university or council approval (HEC, BISE, PEC, PMC, etc.)
